规划 & 分区 is a division of the 社区 Development Department 和 is responsible for the following services:
- Site Plan Review Applications
- Special Exception 和 Variance Applications
- Implementing & updating the Charlotte 2050 Comprehensive Plan
- 分区 District ("Rezoning") & Future L和 Use Map changes
- Implementing & updating the L和 Development Regulations
- Preliminary Plats 和 Final Plats
- Plat Vacations
- Code enforcement of certain sections of the county's Code of Laws & Ordinances
- Staff support for the 规划 & 分区 Board, Board of 分区 Appeals 和 Code Enforcement Special Magistrate
